1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the applicable odds, even if the odds change afterwards.
• Technical errors — such as connection disruptions, system failures or software faults — do not obligate Turbo 6 to pay out any winnings arising from such errors.

Sports Betting

• Bets placed after the start of an event under pre-event market categories are invalid and will be voided.
• Turbo 6 abides by the official rulings of the relevant sports governing body to determine the outcome of bets.
• Matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time will be considered void and all wagers will be refunded.
• The Cash Out feature is subject to availability and may be withdrawn by Turbo 6 at any time during a live event.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

Turbo 6 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Identity fraud — using another person's name, information, or documents

• Money laundering — using Turbo 6 for money laundering purposes

8Account Termination & Suspension

Turbo 6 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Accounts suspected or found to be involved in fraudulent activity
• False or inaccurate registration information
• Official requests from legal authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the Turbo 6 support team. Any remaining balance in the account, once the verification process is complete, will be returned to the member via the original payment method.
